BOFA’s V 250 extraction unit has been designed to capture and remove fumes generated during hand soldering tasks. This portable system is offered with options for bench or unit mounted extraction arms to cater for different workshop layouts and the kits contain everything required to set up 2 operators with ease. 

Designed primarily for solder fume / hand soldering extraction. Other applications include - jewellery fume extraction, hot knife applications, R&D labs, adhesive, potting and dipping fumes.

Vapour and Gas Extraction (non combustible) - when used with optional double gas filter (A1030100).

All Units are supplied with Pre Filter & main HEPA/GAS filter.

Can be combined with the Bofa FumeCAB 250 partial enclosure & available as V250 Unit Only without extraction arms here.

The Bofa V250 Solder Fume Extraction System has been designed primarily to extract the fumes generated during hand soldering in the electronics industry. This portable system comes complete with an extraction arm and installation kit that contains everything required to set up 2 operators with ease. Minimal installation allows this unit to be moved with the work bench when factory layouts need changing due to production challenges. The low noise level and fully comprehensive filtration is ideal for factories with changing production demands.

 The unit is available in three configurations as follows:

 1) Dual Arm Extraction Unit with Bench Mounting Arms:

  • Purpose built to protect two operators who are located either next or opposite each other:
  • Two automatic flush system seal units for through-bench mounting
  • Two bench brackets for front, side or rear bench mounting
  • Two 50mm ESD Stay Put extraction arms
  • Installation flex and table bracket
  • Filter blocked indicator
  • 99.997% HEPA Filtration

 2) Dual Arm Extraction Unit With Unit Mounting Arms:

  •  Purpose built to protect two operators who are located either next to or opposite each other:
  • Two 1.4 m long unit mounting Stay Put extraction arms
