  • Shipping & Delivery

    AES Solutions will ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible.

    We aim to process orders within one working days of receipt of payment. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Any orders received outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

    Please note that you can choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to during the checkout process.

    Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only and orders may be delivered to you in one or more deliveries.

  • Returns & Replacements

    AES Solutions want you to be completely happy with your order.

    Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after delivery to you. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. However, at our discretion we may offer an exchange of goods for items returned after seven days but before 28 days. We will let you know when we have received the goods and you will receive an email confirmation for your exchange. You may be charged postage for the replacement item at the appropriate cost. AES Ltd. may charge a restocking fee for a percentage of the order if an item is incorrectly ordered or not required on receiving the goods.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    This applies to all of our products except customised items. We can accept returns of complete product, which are unused, untainted and "as new" condition. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a return if we believe that a customer is taking advantage of this returns policy.

    When returning items please ensure that you include the original packaging and packing slip, that the items are suitably protected against damage in transit and that you use a suitable recorded and insured delivery service. Items must be received by us within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

    Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit.

    To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

    Providing the items you return are in a resaleable condition with the original packaging we will issue a refund on the purchase price once we satisfactorily receive the returned goods and once the transaction has cleared through our bank. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee at the point of delivery depending on the manufacturers returns policy. All refunds will be issued by the same payment method as that was originally used to pay for the items. Please note that we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    If your order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched, you can cancel or amend the order by emailing us at info@aessolutions.co.uk or by telephoning 0800 032 0895. If your order has been dispatched you will need to return the items at your own expense to the address given below.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or delivered in a damaged condition please call us on 0800 032 0895 or email us at info@aessolutions.co.uk and return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving the order. We will replace the item, deliver the replacement free of charge and refund your return postage costs. Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We suggest you use a form of recorded and insured delivery when returning items.
