AES operate from our premises and warehouse in Hillington, Glasgow comprising of our sales, marketing, technical, engineering and fulfilment staff.
We offer dedicated sales support for all customers for any products listed on our website, our team of staff have the product knowledge and experience to help you find the correct item for your needs. If you call AES looking for sales support you will always be connected to one of our staff in our head office, never a call centre. We aim to get back to our customer same-day with all enquiries received before 5pm.
With a background in providing complete LEV solutions, AES have multiple LEV specialist employees qualified to the UK Proficiency Qualifications with accordance to the COSHH Guidelines and HSG 258. For LEV consultation and advice, AES can provide our customers and partners with the guidance and support they need to improve LEV standards in their business.
All orders are fulfilled by AES in Hillington, with each order being processed manually by our team and emails are sent personally to each customer with accurate information. Our warehouse space allows us to hold many of our items in stock, and our growing partnerships within the industry allow us to hold stock at manufacturer premises to ensure the lowest lead times possible.

Along with our vast range of product listings, we also provide specific product datasheets and manuals for our products, we can also provide datasheets on request for all items within our range.

Finance
Along with online and telephone payment – AES also offer various options for payment including finance, credit accounts (subject to enquiry and credit checking) and deposit/part payment via. Pro forma invoice.

We also send out full VAT invoices to all customers once the order has been delivered and processed through our system.
