This Purex Alpha 400 Laser Fume Extraction unit is suitable for removing Laser Fumes produced during laser processes. The unit filters and recirculates the air back into the room.
Three stage filtration, including a HEPA stage, ensures that the air is breathable before recirculating back into the workplace.
The Alpha 400 is a high-performing, cost-effective laser fume extraction system. Designed to protect operators from harmful gases and pollutants, this analogue unit boasts the same quality and functionality as Purex digital systems – all for a much lower price! Optimised for medium laser engraving, the Analogue Alpha 400 presents a highly effective, economical solution for laser fume extraction.
Unit is equipped with filter-blocked warning capabilities – both visual and audible – to help avoid any downtime and continually ensure the safety of users.
Product Details
Purex analogue units give a basic overview of their filter condition using a light system based on the front of the unit. A green light indicated the filter is working well, a yellow light shows the filter is nearing saturation and a red light indicates that the filter should be replaced immediately.
The speed of the unit is fully controllable using the variable speed control located on the front panel of the system.
Constructed from precision made stainless steel. Heavy duty castors allow for the unit to be re-positioned to locations around the workshop.
Supplied as 230V with 120V available on request with an additional cost.
