The AES GDB Series of recirculating downdraft benches are available in 3 sizes and suitable for a range of NON-spark generating applications.
The GDB Series standard features include a dust collection drawer, 2 stage filtration, multi-function LCD display, rear extraction panel, side panels and adjustable feet with additional features including side mounted silencer available as options.
These powerful and efficient recirculating units are supplied as standard with a 3 phase 400v extraction fan. Single phase 230v available for GDB-10 & GDB-15 only.

Product Details
The AES GDB downdraft dust extraction benches are suitable for NON - spark generating applications – please see bench selection table for examples. The cleaned air is exhausted at the side of the unit and recirculated back into the workshop and as such does not require ducting to vent to atmosphere.
The GDB bench is supplied with a G4 pre-filter and HEPA pocket main filter. The filters are front loading & can be changed by the user without the need to move the bench when filter change required.

A dust collection drawer is supplied as standard to collect larger particles of dust before entering the main filter. Collecting larger particles of dust, protects the main filter from these larger particles and can result in a longer filter life compared to benches without a dust collection drawer.
All benches in this series are also supplied with side panels and a rear extraction panel to maximise extraction efficiency as well as a LCD information display as standard. The units are palletised for shipping with the filters pre-fitted – the optional side mounted silencer is not mounted for shipping and will require fitting by the end user before use.
