The refreshed BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 provides a premium fume extraction solution for high performing 3D printers. With a special blend of chemical adsorbents and high efficiency particulate filter (HEPA), the extractor delivers protection against emissions from 3D printing processes.
The enhanced 3D PrintPRO 4 is suitable for larger additive manufacturing processes including fused filament fabrication, stereolithography, digital light processing and material jetting.
The upgraded unit has advanced multi-stage gas filtration, with a deeper carbon bed to filter a greater volume of fume, thereby extending filter life and facilitating safer, odourless printing for longer. This is complemented by a larger HEPA filter, enabling multiple 3D printers to be hooked up to a single BOFA unit, optimising investment in filtration technology to support atmosphere management and help prevent the build-up of particulate residue.

Product Details
The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 provides a high fume evacuation and filtration rate when connected to a large enclosed 3D printer via its extraction offtake point. The system can also return the ultra clean, filtered air either back to the printer enclosure for a cleaner print area or to the operator’s breathing zone. The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 combines high flow rate with speed control within a compact free standing unit.

- 24V S/S - Remote stop/start signal ensures that your fume extraction system operates only when your machine is running, helping to save on both running costs and energy.
- FCS - Our filter change signal alerts you when your filter is full and needs changing.
- O/R - Enables the extraction system to operate fully with or without either DC voltage input or the volt-free input.
- VOC - Our VOC (volatile organic compound) sensor continuously monitors exhaust air and alerts you if VOC levels exceed the pre-set threshold, preventing the unwanted release of VOCs and other nuisance odors.
