CC40 Stone Dust Extraction Booth
Part No. CC40
The CC40 Stone Dust Extraction Booth sucks in production dust directly from the front wall made of sheet metal with special openings equipped with automatically opening and closing flaps to prevent dust from escaping during post-cleaning.
Once inside the booth, the coarser dust falls into the special collection trays. The air flow, now consisting of only the lightest particles, passes from outside to inside the cartridges where they are trapped so that only the purified air passes through the fan and out the filter exhaust.
Reverse jet cleaning by differential pressure gauge ensures a longer life of the filtering elements: the compressed air blows inside the cartridges allows the separation of the particles deposited outside the filtering elements, keeping them always in good efficiency.
Product Details
The extraction booth CC is made of modules composed of panels made of robust metal. All panels are garnished with silicone sealants and joined together with high-strength bolts. The front panels are easily removable for cleaning and maintenance of the extraction holes and the pneumatic opening/closing system of the intake flaps. The flaps concentrate suction, protect the cartridges and prevent dust from escaping when cleaning the cartridges with the fan off.
The double inlet fan is installed inside the booth in the upper part on special brackets. The fan is positioned to discharge the cleaned air upward to be easily be connected to an exhaust pipe.
The filtering cartridges mounted at the rear of the booth are polyester Teflon membrane with H13 efficiency. This type of fabric has an excellent resistance to different types of chemicals and has a smooth surface that allows an excellent detachment of dust. The IFA-BGIA certification complies with the DIN EN 60335-2-69:2008 directives, which require a 0.5% lower release for particle size between 0.2 and 2 microns, corresponds to a classification category L / M / H (depending on the cartridge type). The cartridges are replaced from inside the cabin by removing the front panels of the extraction cabin blocked by special fixing knobs.
Automatic cleaning with reverse jet cleaning with compressed air is made through the tank placed inside the
filter. The cleaning system includes a valve for each cartridge, in order to achieve maximum washing efficiency and reduced maintenance of the filter elements. The booth is equipped with pressure regulator to supply compressed air.
Economizer for pneumatic cleaning control, with the possibility of use as follows:
- Programmable cyclic sequencer or economizer
- Digital differential pressure control for precise analysis of filter clogging
- Equipped with cleaning when fan it’s switches off;
- Wide and bright display, which allows, at any time, to read the clogging state of the filter, the active solenoid valves and any alarms.
The inspection panels to the fan and tank for their maintenance are placed on the roof of the booth and are locked with fixing knobs that ensure a good hold thanks to suitable sealing.
Removable collection drawers made of metal.
The extraction booth is complete with a control panel of 7.5 kW for the fan and the cleaning unit with low voltage controls and timer-controlled cleaning unit; lighting 2 x 36 W and extensions for side panels and roof made of galvanized metal sheet (900 mm).
