Product Details
The Geovent GFB2 filter is the complete filter solution, when the extracted air has to be cleaned. The GFB2 filter has a fully automated, pneumatic filter cleaning system, which cleans the polluted air with up to 99.97%. The filter can find use in many situations, but will primarily be used within industries, where polluted air from processes such as welding, plasma / laser cutting, grinding, powder enamelling, etc. needs to be filtrated. The filter is suitable for airflows of up to 7,200 m³/h depending on the particle load. If the need for a lager capacity should arise, several filters can be connected in parallel. As standard, the filter is delivered in fully galvanized steel with an automated, pneumatic cleaning system, collection bucket & filter control.
- Application: The filter can find use in many situations, but will primarily be used within industries, where polluted air from processes such as welding, plasma / laser cutting, grinding, powder enamelling, etc. needs to be filtrated.
- Filter cartridges: The GeoFilter is delivered with filter cartridges of various types of pleated textiles with or without coating (minimum filtration efficiency of 99.90% according to BIA-test).
- Filter cleaning: The filter cartridges are cleaned automatically by a shock wave sent down through the filter cartridges, whereby the particles that are caught in the textile will fall off and land in the collection bucket bellow.
- Modular design: Several filters can be connected in parallel.
- Cabinet: Galvanized and powder enamelled.
- Installation: As a main rule, the filter should be installed inside, because it eliminates the potential condensation problems, when the filter is not in use. However, due to the enclosed and galvanized cabinet, the filter can be placed outside, when no other options are available. The filter needs a 230VAC power supply and 6 bar clean and dry, compressed air. The filter should not be used, when the differential pressure is higher than 1,800 Pa.
