The GEF FCCB-2 MONO is a powerful single phase mobile cartridge filter unit designed for the extraction of welding fumes and contaminant dust from processes such as grinding. This unit unit has a minimal footprint, and the mobile design allows the unit to be situated anywhere in the workshop. The design of the FCC includes a plenum chamber within the housing, helping separate larger dust particles from the smaller contaminant dust, this allows the large particles to fall into the collection drawer, and the finer dust particles can then be effectively filtered by the cartridges without causing unnecessary clogging.
The unit is supplied with automatic reverse jet cleaning (requires compressed air supply - not included). This is the most contact-free method of cleaning the filter cartridges and ensures a longer service life and optimum filter efficiency.
The FCCB-2 MONO is supplied as a complete unit including fan, 2.5m extraction arm, standard polyester filter cartridges (CAR3250600PO1A-00), switch and fitted power plug.
Optional filter upgrade to Polyester Teflon H Class cartridges (CAR3250600PO4A-00).
Standard colour is blue with other RAL colour options available on request.

The FCC mobile cartridge filter series from GEF inherit a large amount of features and characteristics of the larger units and combine this with a versatile and mobile design. The FCC comes fitted as standard with a plenum chamber for internal heavy dust separation ensuring efficient filtration of the find dust particles, and collection of heavier dusts. Another notable feature within the FCC is the automatic reverse jet filter cleaning with compressed air which is supplied as standard. Even though this unit is compact, it still achieves great performance due to the unique design and efficient fan fitted.
