Mardon EW3 Single Bin Extractor

The Mardon EW3 is designed for use as a small centralised extractor. It works very well for prep room applications, where a central extractor collects waste from a variety of work shop machines, such as aluminium up-cut saws and small routers which require a compact high performing extractor without demand for large filter areas.
The EW3 has been well tried and tested over many years in a range of applications. It has tubular filters which allow for the release of coarse waste and it is accompanied by a large 150L waste collected bin.
The Dust Is pulled into the Fan Set which is built into the unit before been sent across the body of the extractor to the filter side of the unit.
The heavier particles are dropped directly into the bin on leaving the fan case and the lighter particles are pushed up into the inside of the Terylene Needlefelt filters. The clean air is then passed through a secondary panel filter in the top of the extractor before finally been discharged back to the local atmosphere.

- ‘Quiet’ Arrangement which includes an enclosed base with lockable doors
The design is flexible and allows for the cabinet to be easily turned to suit its final destination. The inlet/motor plates can also be swapped over to allow the inlet to be located on either top side or the underside of the extractor.
