The DCC unit from GEF is a compact carbon filter unit on a set of mobile swiveling wheels. The unit uses three stage filtration and vertical activated carbon filter cartridges with a thin bed construction efficiently filter the polluted air. The DCC can be fitted with an extraction arm for effective point capture, and its mobile design allows it to be situated in multiple locations.
DCC filters are provided with three stage filtering:
1. First removal with a paint stop or polyester filter
2. Synthetic filter for second stage fo filtration
3. Final stage of filtration with Active carbon cartridges

Product Details
The DCC filter unit uses activated carbon filter media in order to effectively extract and filter out solvent fumes and other contaminant particles from multiple applications. The cartridge configuration inside this unit is unique, allowing a thin bed of carbon media to achieve the same performance, dwell time and crossing speeds as a standard carbon filter. The inlet for this unit is located underneath the filter, allowing the air to be filter efficiently before passing through the fan module. DCC units also boast triple stage filtering systems, the first being a paint stop or polyester filter, the second being a synthetic filter for further filtration,and finally the contaminant air passes through the carbon filter media for optimum filtration efficiency before the polluted air reaches the fan.
A versatile solution in a compact and mobile unit, the DCC is ideal for smaller workshops and where maneuverability is needed.
