The GFO XT is used to filter oil mist from multiple workstations, it can also be used for large processing centres that require a large amount of filter area. This filter unit does not come supplied with a fan, therefore would need to be connected to an external fan to allow airflow though the filters.

Product Details
The GFO XT is a range of oil mist filters which boasts - 99.9% filtration at 0.3μm of oil mists. The filter is used as zone filter for large processing centres, for example, or as central filter for several lathes/cutters, etc. The units come in 4 configuration ranging from 30 m² to 120 m². The GFO XT can also be installed side by side to allow increased capacity for larger installations. The filter media of polypropylene is the ideal filter membrane to handle mists and fumes from all types of cutting oil such as clean oil, semi-synthetic and synthetic oil as well as water-based solutions. It is recommended to load at about 70% of max load. There is an oil reservoir located below the unit with a discharge tap to allow the filtered oil to be drained.

The filter has a 6 m² polypropylene filter cartridge with:
Max. airflow: 3,500 m³/h.
Recommended end pressure drop = 1,800 Pa.
Connection/outlet = ø250 mm - ø500 mm nipple. 20 litres reservoir with discharge tap and sight glass for oil level control.
