Product Details
The CC 20 M 2m Metal Grinding Booth is designed for the extraction of dust and fumes generated during applications such as grinding and cutting of mild steel and galvanised/stainless steel.
The dust created from the process is extracted directly from the front panels, made with perforated openings that optimise the entry of the dust inside the booth and drop the largest particles of dust directly into the collection drawers. These drawers can easily be emptied by the user with removal, or simply vacuuming the dust with a suitable industrial vac.
The unit is comprised of 6 large filter cartridges that are cleaned automatically with compressed air (an external compressed air supply is required) when the system is powered down. This pneumatic cleaning system can be controlled using the digital control panel and can be installed on either side of the booth. A fire suppression and extinguishing system for the filter and collection chamber is included as standard.
CC20 Booths are fully constructed from Galvanised Steel.
