The AES GPB Series of recirculating downdraft benches are available in 3 sizes and are suitable for spark generating applications including the welding and occasional grinding of mild and stainless-steel.
The GPB Series standard features include a metal pre-filter, highly efficient HEPA pocket filter (99.95% Minimum efficiency 0.3 micron), multi-function display, rear extraction panel, side panels, dust collection drawer and adjustable feet with additional features including side mounted silencer available as options.
These powerful and efficient recirculating units are supplied as standard with a 3 phase 400v extraction fan. Single phase 230v available for GPB-10 & GPB-15 only.

Product Details
The AES GPB weld fume downdraft extraction benches are suitable for spark generating applications including- welding, brazing, sanding, hand plasma & occasional grinding of both mild & stainless steels. The cleaned air is exhausted at the side of the unit and recirculated back into the workshop and as such does not require ducting to vent to atmosphere.
The GPB bench is fitted as standard with a G2 spark arrestor pre- filter & main HEPA Pocket Filter (99.95% Minimum efficiency 0.3 micron). The filters are front loading & can be changed by the user without the need to move the bench when filter change required.

A dust collection drawer is supplied as standard to collect larger particles of dust before entering the main HEPA pocket filter. Collecting larger particles of dust, protects the main filter from these larger particles and can result in a longer filter life compared to benches without a dust collection drawer.
All benches in this series are also supplied with side panels and a rear extraction panel to maximise extraction efficiency as well as a LCD information display as standard. The units are palletised for shipping with the filters pre-fitted – the optional side mounted silencer is not mounted for shipping and will require fitting by the end user before use.
