The AES GCB Series of recirculating downdraft benches are available in 3 sizes, 2 filter configurations and are suitable for a range of low volume fume & smoke generating applications.
The GCB Series standard features include a dust collection drawer, 3 stage filtration, multi-function LCD display, rear extraction panel, side panels and adjustable feet with additional features including side mounted silencer available as options.
These powerful and efficient recirculating units are supplied as standard with a 400v / 3 Phase extraction fan. Single phase 230v available for GCB-10 & GCB-15 only

Product Details
The AES GCB downdraft dust extraction benches are suitable for low volume fume & smoke generating applications – please see bench selection table for examples. The cleaned air is exhausted at the side of the unit and recirculated back into the workshop and as such does not require ducting to vent to atmosphere.
The GCB bench is supplied with a G4 pre-filter with options on 2 main filters (F7 or F9) + 208EA grade carbon (9kg) panel filter. The filters are front loading & can be changed by the user without the need to move the bench when filter change required.
For High Volume & special duty fume applications, please enquire about GEB Bench connected to separate DCA (combined active carbon filter unit with fan & pre-filters) alternatively, GEB bench vented to atmosphere.
All benches in this series are supplied with side panels and a rear extraction panel to maximise extraction efficiency as well as a collection drawer & LCD information display as standard. The units are palletised for shipping with the filters pre-fitted – the optional side mounted silencer is not mounted for shipping and will require fitting by the end user before use.
